Helpful Hints

  • Keep a supply of healthy and raw nuts on hand (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
  • Boil six eggs and keep available for a good snack variety
  • Experiment with varieties of Glycolean Shake mixes – both flavors and various
  • Liquids and fruits added
  • A stalk of celery and one pound bag of carrots, cut into sticks; keep handy in the vegetable drawer
  • Raw cauliflower, broccoli, radishes are also good food to keep on hand
  •  Don’t buy any more chips, cookies, and canned or bottled drinks (of either kind)
  • Be super selective about bread choices
  • White potatoes (any form) are forbidden but sweet potatoes are o.k.
  • Various fresh fruits are desirable (watermelon is not allowed)
  • Drink adequate amount filtered water
  • The “snack habit” is really fun when you do develop it.
  • Don’t forget to time and consume all supplements every day.
