choices

- Remember to “snack” between
meals (to avoid blood sugar swings)
- Keep a supply of healthy and
raw nuts on hand (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
- Boil six eggs and keep
available for a good snack variety
- Experiment with varieties of
Glycolean Shake mixes – both flavors
and various
- Liquids and fruits added
- A stalk of celery and one pound
bag of carrots, cut into sticks; keep handy in the vegetable
drawer
- Raw cauliflower, broccoli,
radishes are also good food to keep on hand
- Don’t buy any more chips,
cookies, and canned or bottled drinks (of either kind)
- Be super selective about bread
choices
- White potatoes (any form) are
forbidden but sweet potatoes are o.k.

Various fresh fruits are
desirable (watermelon is not allowed)
