What is the Genetic Key Diet?

The Genetic Key Diet is a scientifically valid approach to a lean body and a long healthy life. It involves a comprehensive lifestyle change that includes food choices based on their glycemic response (the effect that the food has on the blood sugar level) and modified by the particular genetic or metabolic type of a person. It is a healthy and wise choice for everyone, regardless of their present health status or body size and configuration. It requires a self-administrated questionnaire response and interpretation. It is not designed for a quick-fix to accomplish a short term goal (i.e. – getting into the swimsuit type project).
As with most worthy accomplishments, it demands commitment and effort to comprehend all the concepts. It begins with reading and can be aided by large group type workshop presentation, and usually most benefited by small support group involvement.
